It is designed to complement the programs, coaches, methods, and tools you already use.

No. TEI can be used independently by athletes who want a clearer understanding of their training workload. Coaches can also use it to add another layer of perspective when reviewing and planning training with their athletes.

TEI Elemental gives you access to the Standard Strength calculator and individual TEI results at no cost. Saving sessions, history, workload review, and additional planning features are available in paid tiers.

TEI will offer a free Elemental tier along with optional paid subscription levels that unlock additional features. Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown when you subscribe and can be managed through the platform where your subscription was purchased.
