These programs are structured to cater to a wide range of Fitness, Conditioning and Performance goals, from building strength and endurance to improving overall health and wellness.
OUR CURRENT PROGRAMS
Personal Coaching: A blend of traditional Personal Training and Professional Coaching, these are customized fitness and conditioning plans, designed and developed by experienced trainers and coaches to meet individual goals, with session options available in 15-minute, 40-minute, 55-minute and 90-minute lengths.

33-Day Kickstart Program: Designed to help individuals initiate their fitness and conditioning journey, this program includes the MISSION SIMPLE Full Kit and four 40-minute Personal Coaching Sessions.
Teen Strength and Conditioning Program: Aimed at individuals aged 15-20, this program focuses on teaching proper form and technique to build a strong fitness and conditioning foundation. The SIMPLE MISSION here is to create well educated humans; to create fundamental understanding of the principles of athletic development and performance, from personal to professional. This is a four-week series of Personal Coaching sessions dedicated to helping the individual excel at Life, AND athletics. We utilize the MISSION SIMPLE Full Kit as the curriculum.
9-Week Athletic Transformation Challenge: This program offers participants the opportunity to achieve significant fitness, condition and performance transformations over nine weeks, with incentives for reaching significant levels of points earned. This program includes: one Needs & Wants Assessment, requiring one 90-minute Personal Coaching session to facilitate; one Custom Designed fitness and conditioning training program to assure success; the MISSION SIMPLE Full Kit; and nine 40-minute Personal Coaching Sessions.
Group Coaching Sessions: These encompass simple fitness and conditioning coaching sessions designed to challenge participants at all levels. Groups as small as 3 to 11 people for Personal Coaching sessions, or larger groups are Team Sessions done in Workshop Format. Each Group Coaching Session program is customized to attend to the wants and needs of the specific group, so email Coach Rhino to set up your Group Coaching program.
