The "Total Effect Index" is a way to calculate a Value for each of Your training sessions; which allows YOU to determine your most effective workouts, WHILE simultaneously minimizing risk of injury due to overtraining. Here's how we do it...

STEP 1: Calculate the Daily Value for each Training Day by putting three things into a simple formula - Total Sets, Rest Period, Cardio Minutes.

STEP 2: Determine the cumulative Value of all Your training sessions in a given week by adding those Daily Values together to create a Total Weekly Value.

STEP 3: Learn to use these Total Weekly Values to adjust your training program up or down in volume and intensity.

Follow these three steps to MAXIMIZE the results from Your High Performance Training efforts and it will increase YOUR SUCCESS rate dramatically.

Because… the lack of understanding the Value of YOUR efforts, good or bad, is the NUMBER ONE REASON people fail in their Mission, and there is NO NEED to fail if you simply avoid Overtraining and Value ALL Your Workouts.

SUMMARY NOTE: One of the biggest mistakes people make today is to assume the workouts they are doing are always effective as long as they do them.
